Jack Berberich Furniture Maker -

My pleasure in furniture making comes from doing the
work as well as I possible can. Always refining designs
and methods of work to make the very best piece. |

Tom
Wessells Furniture - Newport News, VA
I try to have my pieces work on more than
one level. The piece has to be functional. I
also try to incorporate a message or
humorous reference in the work. Some of
these references are obscure and some are in
your face.

Old Green Woodworking -

As well as building solid wood fine
furniture much of my work is in creating furniture quality
cabinetry and built-ins for residential homes and commercial

Timberwerks Studio - Mequon, WI
I work in a small studio and my tools of
choice are hand tools, most of which are
Japanese. I gave up the stationary and power
tools years ago. I still use a router
here and there but for the most part every
piece I build is done so by use of Japanese
hand tools. All surfaces have been planed to
final finish not sanded.

David Stine Woodworking
- Dow, IL
Custom made and built by hand, all of David Stine's
pieces are one of a kind works that will be the
topic of discussion for any room of the home.
My designs are modern, contemporary and organic,
and feature large, single boards and live edges.
There may be a Japanese sensibility to a certain bed
frame, or a Mission-style joint on a table, but by
and large my work is contemporary.
